I work with individuals, couples and families from a broad array of backgrounds, lifestyles and issues experienced.
I focus on empowering you to come to a deeper understanding that allows you to take more control in your life. I design sessions to be an active experience where you both feel understood but also challenged to rethink yourself in a safe environment. You will learn how to move forward in your life or relationship.
I am available on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. I accept all forms of insurance and have a sliding scale for clients experiencing financial hardship but still desiring therapy. I can see you as often as once per week and down to once per month depending on your needs.
