Kink Support Group

A safe, affirming space for self-expression, education, and emotional connection within the kink community.

At PS It’s Counseling, we believe that mental and emotional wellness includes embracing every part of who you are—including your identity, relationships, and desires.
Our Kink Support Group offers a confidential, inclusive environment where individuals who identify as part of the kink and BDSM community can share experiences, build connection, and receive support without fear of judgment or misunderstanding.

Led by therapists who are kink-aware and affirming, this group focuses on emotional wellness, communication, and self-acceptance—helping members navigate identity, boundaries, and relationships with clarity and confidence.

Understanding the Kink Support Group

Kink can be a deeply meaningful part of self-expression, trust, and intimacy. However, those within the kink community often face stigma, isolation, or fear of being misunderstood—even in therapeutic spaces.

This group was created to change that.
It’s a place for open, respectful dialogue where participants can explore:

  • Emotional and relational challenges unique to kink lifestyles
  • Navigating communication and consent
  • Managing stigma or misunderstanding from others
  • Building healthy boundaries and self-esteem
  • Creating authentic, empowered relationships

This is not a group about sex—it’s about emotional connection, identity, and empowerment.
