A safe, affirming space for transgender and gender-diverse individuals to {{connect, share, and grow together.}}

Transgender Support Group

The journey of self-discovery and gender identity can be beautiful—but it can also come with challenges that feel isolating or misunderstood. At PS It’s Counseling, our Transgender Support Group provides a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for transgender and gender-diverse individuals to find community, understanding, and empowerment.

Led by therapists experienced in gender-affirming care, this group offers connection, education, and emotional support for every stage of the transition and self-acceptance journey.

About the Transgender Support Group

Our support group is designed for individuals who identify as transgender, non-binary, or gender-nonconforming, as well as those exploring their gender identity.

Each session focuses on open dialogue, mutual respect, and shared experiences—allowing participants to express themselves freely without fear of judgment.

The group helps members build confidence, develop coping strategies, and access emotional tools that foster resilience and self-compassion.

You deserve to be seen, heard, and supported—exactly as you are.
